Chemical Compliance CA Inc. will assist foreign chemical manufacturers with chemical compliance and develop strategies to supply non-DSL chemicals and polymers into Canada by acting as Canadian Agent and/or Importer of Record. All foreign notifiers must use the service of a Canadian Agent or establish an account with Canada’s revenue agency.

Chemical Compliance CA Inc. has partnered with Kalium Solutions Inc. to provide Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and workplace / consumer chemical product label authoring tools to meet Canada’s Workplace Hazardous Products Act and Regulation (also known as the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) worker right to know regulations. These software solutions also generate compliant consumer labels to meet Canada’s Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 (CCCR) requirements. and US Hazard Communication Standard, 2012 requirements.

Customized employee certification training for both WHMIS and Transport of Dangerous Goods Regulations (TDGR) is another service provided to domestic chemical users.
